At Elevate Vision Therapy & Rehabilitation, we are passionate about vision development and rehabilitation. A vision therapy evaluation with our team assess visual skills that significantly impact your or your child’s ability to see, learn, and function confidently in daily life.
We truly believe in routine eye examinations so that you can see as clearly as possible. Once you need glasses or contacts, it is even more important to watch your eye health. You also need routine checks to ensure your prescription has not changed.
These skills are all brain-directed skills. Elevate Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation provides patients with a thorough vision therapy evaluation and neuro-optometric treatment, but will not assess or treat ocular health. We recommend visiting your local primary care optometrist to have ocular health assessed prior to being seen by us, to ensure that ocular health is unremarkable before starting functional vision treatment with us.
At Your Appointment
Plan to spend over an hour with us as we get to know you and your child and perform various assessments. You’ll spend ample time with the doctor to ensure we understand your history, concerns, and goals. This allows us to provide the best care possible. We know vision therapy, neuro-optometric rehabilitation and syntonic phototherapy are big commitments of time and finances. We want to ensure we meet expectations of this big commitment you are making.
